Well another Primary is over and we got about what we deserved once again, as the Money Dept. in the GOP keeps cranking out the Winner the Management has already Crowned.

The average American Voter is not and will not get a True Constitutional Conservative Candidate unless and until they decide to support them with more than a pat on the back and wish them luck.

I realize we all live in a financial world none of choose to live in, however if we don’t begin to support with $$$$$$$$$, Conservative Candidates so they can compete with the $$$$$$$$$ Machine of the Elite in the GOP then you might as well get ready for more of the same from both the Dems and GOP.

I’ve watched now for years as the Average Voter does no more than complain about the results, as we all know many Americans don’t even know who to Vote for, in fact many call the local offices of both Political Groups and ask who they should vote for rather than doing any research on their own.

We must begin by I don’t know giving those who run more support with either our $$$$$$$$$ or putting signs in yards and stickers on windows of cars to get the names out of the Candidates we believe in.

I’m running for office myself and listen to about every excuse alive for why they won’t put a sticker in a car window and also won’t even give a dollar for the cause. I’m so happy that so many of these voters weren’t around during the Revolution or we’d still be part of England.

I realize this may seem harsh to some, however the Elite in Leadership count on the Voters to do nothing but put a Stamp of Approval on the Ones they choose to give us, this has been the History with very few exceptions, if you think not just look around and ask yourself how’d we get in this Hole anyway, Oh I know I voted for the Ones the Leadership handed me and hoped for things to get Better with the Same Old Retreads.

If you had a bad meal at a Restaurant or bad experience with a Dr., Lawyer,Mechanic etc. you wouldn’t go back, however you keep Voting for the same old politicians who continue to Lie year after year when running and you accept this.

I keep hearing what do you expect of a Politician, how about the Truth for a Change or is it that this Country has become the same as its’ leadership a Group of Less than Moral People which deserve this type of Leadership we have, which will lead us all into nothing more than total Slavery.

I hope all who take the time to read this will begin to see that if you really want to Change this Nation back into a Republic governed by the Constitution, rather than by Liars we must begin to Change ourselves first and then take the Actions needed to Change Our Country. God Bless You All; Van

Our Elected Officials are constantly making statements that they’re drawing a Line in the Sand, just what does that mean to us? I realize it sounds like they’re telling us that they’ve finally come to a decision, and they intend to move forward from there and we need to support them in this as they’re determined to bring it to pass.

My question in this is really quite simple, how many of you have ever built a sand castle at the beach or taken a walk on sand and then noticed as soon as the tide came in the castle was gone and the footprints had disappeared. I realize that these statements make the elected officials sound like they’re determined to follow thru, when actually they’re not.

I recall at different times in my life whether it was pouring cement for a patio, driveway or some other type of improvement around a home that people would put dates and names in the wet cement and then when it dried they’d still be there, even if you returned years later the names etc. were still in the hard cement and wouldn’t be removed unless you dug it up.

I’m certain most of you have either heard the story of Moses or seen the movie The Ten Commandments in which Moses went up to the top of a Mountain and God wrote the Ten Commandments on Stone and we still have them with us today in several translations of the Bible and carved in Stone around the World.

I’d also like to point out that even though many don’t follow them they know what they are, and for the most part agree that they’d be much better off if more of us lived by them. I believe that unless and until our elected officials have this type of resolve Our Country and World will continue in a Downward Spiral.

My hope in writing this is to just shed a little light on all of us becoming better listeners, and realizing that these weak kneed, spineless leaders are just like the Sand they move whenever the wind or tide comes in. We are Americans and must demand more of them or Replace them in the coming election cycle.

Remember very clearly that people who talk and don’t deliver shouldn’t be rewarded by re electing them again, or promoting them to a higher office which they all seem to aspire to in time. When considering to Vote for someone just look back at all the Lines they’ve drawn and see how many are still there with Walls of Character built around them, and if not well give them what they deserve, the Boot.

The Constitution is a Document given to US by Our Founders and states God Granted Us, and yet our elected officials who take oaths to abide by it and then proceed to pass legislation that circumvents the Constitution in oh so many ways. The time is Now to remove these Treasonous officials from office while we still have the Vote to do so, for if we wait another two years we may lose that right along with so many more that these officials have tried so hard to remove by just going around the Constitution.

Our Founders would I believe would hang most of these men for Treasonous Acts, now I realize we probably won’t be able to do that, but we can Vote them out, which to some would be even worse than death, as they love the power and not the People.

God Bless You All; Van

I realize by now most of you know I’m running for the US Senate in the State of AZ, I’m hoping if you agree with me you’ll pass this on. I also hope you’ll take the time to go to the campaign site www.vanforussenate.com and take a look and then lend us a hand in Taking Our Country Back. God Bless You All; Van

Our Country has gone thru some real changes the last few decades and is now on the verge of total collapse, as a result of the Compromises made by the leaders both Financial, Religious and Political leaders.

Somewhere along the way we’ve lost our moral compass, and none of todays leaders both in and out of office seem to be able to find it. Our problem is with them, and the belief that if we just compromise with liberals on the issues everything will be better.

We’ve also somehow been taught that we no longer need to look to God to help solve our problems, whether moral or otherwise as a result of becoming a more secular country. The results of this particular belief system has now led America into a Ditch, with no real way out unless of course we’re all willing to admit we’ve been not only misguided, but also at times done the misguiding ourselves.

Whenever those among us sit by and allow those who’ve set out to destroy the very fiber of this Country and say or do nothing to stop them, then they’ve become as guilty as those doing it with their silence, in the name of being civil, polite etc., which is a teaching of Tolerance in our day.

The time has come for all True Americans to take a stand in whatever manner necessary to bring this to an end Now. I’m hoping we’ll find enough Americans to run for offices across the country, and defeat both the Progressive Socialist Democrats and Republicans as well.

We as Americans need to stop the Selling Out of Our Country thru the Evil of Compromise, as they say if you give them an inch they’ll take a mile, and this old saying has proven to be true. All we have to do is look around and see what they’ve created for future generations of Americans, ask yourselves is this what our Grandparents fought and at times died to give to all of us.

Our Founders and generations that followed them have shed their precious blood to keep us a Republic, and in less than one century we’ve sat back and allowed both the Big Business,Government and the Elite to begin the dismantling of it without firing a shot.

We must now take the position that this is a war against the very Republic that our Founders established, and enlist in the battle, whether you become a Candidate, Volunteer or Financial Supporter, the time has come to enlist yourself and find others as well to fight this Battle to Restore America.

I believe we as Americans and more importantly as those who’ve been given the gift of this Republic by Our Creator, begin to realize with that gift comes a responsibility to ourselves and others as well to continue to keep it the Republic that was Given to US.

I’m asking all of you now to join with me and others who’ve determined to begin the way back to a Republic, and not to surrender our Values for a little bit of either security, financial gain or comfort.

Please take the time to pass it on and begin the Movement to Restore Our Country to the Greatness we can all be Proud of. Lets join together with determination this Christmas Season to give the Gift of Freedom back to America. God Bless You All; Van

Our Elected Officials have stolen Trillions of dollars from all of us. The following information will demonstrate how much money this really is. We need to realize this came out of the pockets of all of US, including if we do nothing generations yet unborn.

Lets’ start with the first l Trillion Dollars they took and see just what it really cost all of US, $1,000,000,000,000 x 3% = $35,000,000,000 x 12= $420,000,000,000 x 45yrs. = $18,900,000,000,000 which is just the tip of the Iceberg.

This is the amount of money our elected officials have stolen from Social Security over the last 45yrs., ever since the Trust Fund was Broken into under the Johnson Administration in 1966, with the help of Congress to pay for Social Programs then and has been used ever since by both Democrats and Republicans as well.

They continue up to this day to Vote for Out of Balance Budgets, they also now call Social Security an Entitlement, along with other Social Programs they’ve developed over the years. These are paid for out of the Monies paid into the Social Security Program, paid for by All Working Americans for Retirement, or so we’re told.

The Social Security Program as they keep telling us is on the road to Bankruptcy, not because of not being Funded by all of US. Its’ going Broke, only because of these elected officials continue to Fund these Entitlement Programs, which they pay for out of the Social Security Funds we pay in.

I know as do most of you that Republicans continue to tell us that they’re Fiscal Conservatives, and won’t even support Earmarks/Pork as is a Boast of Two of Our Elected Officials in DC., I find this to be untrue when they continue to Vote for Budgets that aren’t balanced, Using Social Security Funds to pay the Bill.

One more thing to consider and Earmark is in reality nothing more than Designating Monies to Projects back to your Home State, such as a Hwy. or Road Improvement, paid for out of the Gas Taxes we already sent to DC and if not used then goes to the Executive Branch, which then uses the monies to make deals with the Congress to get legislation passed if any elected official wants to access it.

I for one have a hard time with both the statement of not voting for earmarks and then robbing the Social Security Fund to pay for all the Pork of Social Programs, if we did this or a broker did this we’d all be in jail, remember Bernie Madoff.

I realize what they’re doing is Legal because they made it so by passing the Legislation, the real question should be is it Moral. I haven’t seen any of them step up with legislation to Protect it in the last few years, or did I miss it? This is indeed Pork Barrel Spending at its’ worse, this needs to be stopped now and there’s a way to do just that it’s called RENO, which means Re Elect No One, and I’ll add to that by saying PNO or Promote No One as well.

We also need to point out that the Social Security System is approximately $6 Trillion in the Hole, but no worry we have IOU’s from our Government, they insist they’re good.

I give you my Word, when elected I plan to introduce legislation to once again protect All Social Security Monies, never allowing them to be used for anything but what they’re intended for again, such as the General Fund.

God Bless You All; Van

As Most of you know I’m running for the US Senate and we can use your help, so if you’d like to Contribute to the Campaign please do. God Bless You All; Van

Please go to www.vanforussenate.com and read this one as I belive this is what we really need to watch out for. The Republican Party is set up to take us down a more liberal road than we expect. The American Voters had better begin to pay attentinon to this, especially those who support conservatives as they intend to throw you out of the boat in favor of Comprehensive Immigration Reform.

All you need to do is pay attention to what happens to anyone who’s a conservative always ends up at the bottom. This I believe is set up by both the party and the press and we need to react to it before it’s to late again. God B;less You All; Van

I’m finding running for office is a great deal different than supporting and campaigning for others especially when dealing with people you’ve worked with and for on campaigns in the past. I’ve had some elected officials tell me they won’t sign my petition which only gets me on the ballot because they don’t want to take sides and others say I need to see how much money you have or your plan on how to raise it before I’d sign a petition.

I find these people to be a little self serving as I’m only asking them to do the same thing that all of them have asked thousands of Arizonans including myself to do when they needed signatures to get on the ballot and my only consideration was do I agree with them on the issues.

I’ve also been told that it’s a mistake to talk about this as it makes you seem like you’re whining, I don’t agree with that one. I believe the voters need to know that they have a different way of qualifying people they sign a petition for by whether you have enough funds or will it offend your opponent who may be able to help them in their race and might not ask his supporters to contribute to their campaigns.

My concern in this is two fold one many of the elected officials I’ve asked were all on my shows and some were even endorsed by me and I helped by campaigning publicly for them and two they told me personally that if I ever needed any help they’d be glad to give it. Now that I do they’ve come up with totally different statements to me so if I can’t trust what they say to me then how does the Voter trust them as well.

I’m hoping more will if nothing else just give me some pointers so as to save me the time it takes when running a grassroots campaign but I’m also finding out that even though I’ve asked for that thru emails no responses so I guess I’m dealing with Politicians and really wish I wasn’t, as I personally believe that’s the real problem in America it’s called ”CYA” as opposed to I’m here to serve all of you, which is what was promised, oh well promises made/promises broken, Watch Out America join in the new movement called RENO or re elect no one. God Bless You All; Van

I watched the debates lastnite and as I listened to some of those comments by all one thing stood out more than anything else that took place there. The discussion between Pawlenty and Bachmann as the former Gov. of Minnesota decided it was more important to attack the Congresswoman from his home state than any other candidates on the platform and I asked myself why would he do this in the state of her birth.

The only reason I could come up with is that Pawlenty isn’t really running for President he’s running for VP or a Cabinet Position in the Romney Administration or favor with the Party Elite as he’s being used as an attack dog to diminish her as a serious candidate thereby opening the door for Romney or at the very least a much more liberal candidate than Bachmann.

We need to send Pawlenty and the RINOs/Republicrats a message that we won’t be fooled by their feeble attempts to discredit Bachmann or for that matter any conservative that the Elite in the Party want or think they can hand pick and trick the rest of us into supporting as the better of two evils any longer.

My recommendation is to find ourselves Constitutional Conservatives running for the Senate and House and support them with all we have and then no matter how the White House Race turns out we’ll have the Numbers to stop any President or Progressive Congress from continuing to shove the Progressive Agenda of both Parties down our throats any longer.

Take the time to check the real History of your choices as they say History repeats itself and that goes to the character of the Candidate as well, our Founding Fathers told us to look for Virtuous People to lead us and this also means we need a Virtuous Voter base as well and the better of two evils doesn’t fit into that.

I’m hoping and praying we all take this to heart and make it our foundation to Take Our Country Back while there’s still time to do so as the clock is running on all of us and there isn’t much time left on it. Please join in on this fight and do what your Heart tells you is right no matter what the so called leadership says remember they’ve been lying to all of us for Decades. God Bless You All; Van the Radio Man

Scottsdale startup Offers Enthusiasts a Way to Get Their Political Opinions Heard
PurpleLetter Covering the Costs to Mail 10,000 First-Class Letters to Elected Officials, Government Leaders or Anyone

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.—Scottsdale, Ariz., entrepreneur Paige Maurer-Wheeler sees opinions as worthless talk unless they’re heard by decision-makers who can do something about the suggestions.
“You Are the Recipient of a Purple Letter!”
In fact, she feels so strongly about her position that she’s challenging anyone to voice their political concerns. Moreover, she’s covering the costs to mail 10,000 first-class letters via the United States Postal Service to elected officials and government leaders – and anyone can write the letters.
“So many people complain about decisions elected officials make, yet they never take the proper action. Complaining in a coffee shop or adhering a bumper stick just isn’t cutting it. Imagine the power behind a sent first-class letter that is posted to our Letter Gallery and shared on Facebook with friends. It will help create transparency, responsiveness and accountability. ” said Wheeler, who recently launched the nonpartisan letter-writing service PurpleLetter.org (http://www.purpleletter.org). “We discovered just 4 percent of the population has contacted their representatives. Why complain about Obama, Nancy Pelosi, John McCain, Michele Bachmann or others if you haven’t had the courtesy to reach out to them like a civically responsible individual?”
Wheeler believes the best way to initiate change is through traditional letters because e-mails are too easy to lose or ignore. Her reasoning is backed by proof, as letters written using her PurpleLetter.org service have received responses from President Barack Obama, Michelle Obama, Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden.
For a limited time, new PurpleLetter.org members who use the promo code “MYCAUSE” at checkout can write up to two letters; select recipients from the continually updated database of more than 200,000+ U.S. government representatives, public officials and media members; and get their first-class postage paid.
The two-letter credit (additional letters can be purchased) for first-time users can also be used to send the same letter to two people. Letters are mailed in double-window envelopes that read, “You Are the Recipient of a Purple Letter!”
The “MYCAUSE” code is only valid until the 10,000-letter limit is reached.
“PurpleLetter.org is the best way to get your voice heard because, in addition to going to recipients, letters can be posted in a letter gallery, making them accessible on the website and online search engines,” Wheeler added. “Users also receive recipients’ e-mail addresses and phone numbers for follow-up, and they can expand the letter’s reach over time by copying media members, as well as through PurpleLetter.org’s e-mail, Facebook and Twitter sharing tools.”
A single letter mailed through PurpleLetter.org normally costs $1.29, making Wheeler’s total investment $12,900 for stationery, database access and postage for 10,000 first-class letters.
“Show us how you exercise your right to free speech in the most effective and efficient manner available. Write your PurpleLetter today”.

About PurpleLetter.org
PurpleLetter.org is a nonpartisan letter-writing service offering an easy way for people to get their ideas and Election 2012 thoughts in front of members of the U.S. government, public officials, media outlets and more. For a minimal fee, PurpleLetter.org’s letter-writing technology helps users craft letters, find the appropriate recipients and addresses, and send each correspondence via first-class mail and e-mail. Users can also register to vote and change political party affiliations on the site at http://www.purpleletter.org.

By Jason Ivey

Polling data, as well as anecdotal evidence suggests two things: Liberals especially and even some who are loosely conservative and/or those who are economically near-illiterate, assume A) money grows on trees; and B) anything the government does can only be done by the government.

I often think for a group of people (the Left) who pride themselves on their intelligence, their solutions are always predictably simplistic and uncreative. How difficult is it, really, to identify a problem, and then always resort to the exact same “solution”: more spending of money; or rather, more transferring of money from one place to another?

Social Security is a prime example. If the federal government did not administer Social Security, would we suddenly see American streets filled with starving, destitute elderly people? Would they simply wither away and die without this precious life-saving entitlement from the federal government? This assumes there would be a need within the economy no one would think to fill.

If the federal government stopped providing this service, would it no longer exist, or would enterprising financial institutions fill the void? It’s not far-fetched to imagine you could set up a very similar insurance system with a banking institution, taking money paid into it to use as savings, loaning it back out and investing it, much like the way annuities work. Call it a mandatory annuity.

The bank would obviously know who paid in what, and at a certain age those individuals would receive the incremental payback, with interest. Even if the federal government made this mandatory, the money paid in would be better invested because the bank has an interest in making a return profit, while the federal government has no such interest. For those who fear a banking collapse, these payments could even be federally insured. This would be a much more efficient and creative system than the Ponzi scheme that is Social Security. The political odds, however, are stacked high against such a system, at least until a financial Day of Reckoning is upon us.

Similarly, conservative proposals for salvaging Medicare from the red involve giving the money directly to the consumer to spend as they choose. This way, the inefficiency of the federal government as middleman is removed, administrative costs are lowered, and rationing and price controls would no longer be a part of the equation.

Defenders of government involvement in market matters usually point to the Depression Era to argue A) government can create REAL jobs! and B) those jobs resulted in useful things, like dams, roads, power lines, etc.

It’s true some of the make-work projects of this era resulted in useful things, but at what cost? The government, during this period, made itself a monopoly in whatever industry it got involved in. Rarely do we hear discussed the cost of that project vs. what it would have cost had it been left to private industry to fill. While it may be true no private industry would have found it profitable to run power lines through remote rural areas, this discounts the likely possibility people living in remote areas would have found other ways to create or receive power.

If the government had a make-work project 30 or 40 years ago to run cable TV out to the most rural areas, at an astonishing cost, then it’s less likely DirecTV would ever have been created and invested in.

A few years ago, local and state governments were investing huge amounts of taxpayer money in wiring cities for wi-fi. They didn’t see consumer demand was pushing the telecommunications industry toward phone-company based wireless, high-speed internet service. Again, inefficiency at work, because the government has no vested interest in fulfilling true consumer demand, only in making certain constituents happy, as well as rewarding those companies that were doing the work on their behalf, and in return rewarding their government benefactors.

The same problem applies to charity. The government crowds out the market on charity, because they can both make laws or regulations giving themselves a monopoly, and they can make it too expensive for competitors to get into the game.

By taxing us more, they take more of our income otherwise going to private charitable causes. And many of us accept some of this money we pay in taxes must be going somewhere good, so …

As we pro-market types continue to push some of this thinking forward, we need to do more than identify the problems. Part of rejecting the premises of the Left must be showing how their government-led solutions lead to greater inefficiency, as well as depriving private industry of opportunities to fill demand efficiently. Individuals, acting alone or as a company or corporation, have a great track record in free societies of filling needs and finding solutions to problems, increasing efficiency along the way.

In most ways, our economy has not evolved and progressed to where it is now because of increasing amounts of government regulation, but because our industries have learned over the years, the economy has become more complex, and efficiency has increased. We, like the innovators who drive our economy forward, are the ones thinking outside the box. Government-led solutions, for all the harm they do, are also just not very creative.
